Cartoons by Kyosai - Interesting harimaze design by Kyosai, who was known for his humorous prints. Harimaze are woodblock prints featuring multiple small scenes, originally intended to be cut apart and pasted into albums or applied to screens. These prints come from a series titled "Cartoons by Kyosai." Very much in his style, they include humorous illustrations rarely seen in harimaze prints. An intriguing group of images.
