Series; Waterfall-striped Materials in Answer to Earnest Prayer

The Koya Jewel River in Kii Province, 1847 - 1848 - Lovely scene of beauties on an outing along the Koya Jewel River in Kii Provence. The beauty in the center pauses to smoke a slender pipe as her companion gestures to the scenery. At left, a boy waves his hand excitedly as he looks up at his mother. Travelers pass along a path at the water's edge behind them, with pines dotting the steeply rising mountain at right. A handsome design with an attractive natural setting.

Condition - Good detail. Small losses and thinning spots, holes, repaired. Horizontal centerfold, vertical fold at side, folds at corners, creasing throughout.
