Actors with Woodblock Prints, 1864 - Interesting kabuki scene featuring a group of actors holding stacks of woodblock prints. The man at bottom center looks up with a frown at the beauty at right, who smiles sweetly back at him. The two fellows standing at left exchange angry glances. The figures wear matching kimono patterned with crests in light blue. An unusual subject and the first time we've seen this design.
