Comments - Terrific kakemono or vertical diptych of a beauty standing on a pleasure boat. She rests one hand on the roof of the cabin as she pauses to look up, a roll of tissues caught between her teeth. Her blue kimono features a border of hollyhock leaves and Genji symbols, tied with a light green obi patterned with pink clematis blossoms. An attractive beauty subject, nicely composed to fit the kakemono format.
