Wife of Tokugawa Ietsuna, No. 4 - Beautiful scene of the wife of Tokugawa Ietsuna leaning against a low table, a book underneath her arm and a water dipper in the form of a tiny teapot before her. Behind her, a lovely curtain patterned with cranes along the shore hangs from a lacquer stand, and a red flame flickers in an oil lamp at left. Beautiful color and detail in the elegant fabrics. A lovely woodblock. Includes a lightly embossed pattern on the white kimono.

Condition - This print with nice color and good detail as shown. Backed with paper. A few creases, including on face. Please see photos for details.
