Tower with Weathervane - Interesting view of a busy Tokyo street with a stone tower at left with glass windows, topped with a weather vane. On the road below, a soldier rides a horse while a beauty rides in a rickshaw at lower right. Just to the left of the horse, a large pulley attached to a dead tree hangs over a well. Nicely detailed.
