Comments - Attractive image of two mandarin ducks near a blossoming plum branch, one bird with its head tucked back under its wing. The branch is beautifully drawn with calligraphic line work, dotted with white blossoms and buds against the softly shaded green grass. A charming nature scene by Kogyo, who is best known for his Noh theater prints.
