Empress Jingu Kogo - Terrific portrait of the third century Empress Jingu sitting on a rock. According to legend, she led the invasion of Korea during her reign. She is dressed in the elegant attire of a man, wearing a fine robe over her armor and hakama pants, with two swords at her side and a fan in hand. A small bowl perched atop the rock holds two sacred jewels. An attractive depiction of this heroic female leader.
