Courtesans and Blossoming Cherry Trees

Comments - Charming scene of elegantly dressed courtesans on a verandah overlooking a garden filled with blossoming cherry trees. The beauty in the center smiles over her shoulder at her companion as she tucks one hand into the front of her robe. She wears a red obi with a striking dragon pattern on it. The woman at right has a light brown outer kimono with a design of a dragonfly above a flowering plant. At left, their companion smiles at them, her robe decorated with a mandarin duck along a stream with flowers above. Softly glowing lanterns hang frame the view of the night sky. An attractive design with wonderful detail, including embossing on the white kimono collars.
