Comments - Handsome scene of the Meiji Emperor in a garden, wearing an elegant military uniform with epaulets and a red sash across the chest. A kneeling beauty holds his hat, looking up with a smile, her purple kimono patterned with oversize peony blossoms. Purple draperies frame the scene above blossoming cherry tree. An attractive design.
