Kiyomizuro Restaurant:Ichikawa Danjuro VIII as Kiyomizu Seigen, 1852 - Fine portrait of Ichikawa Danjuro VIII as the monk Kiyomizu Seigen in the play "Isshin Futakawa Shiramichi." He wears a yellow floral patterned monk's mantle over his kimono, a blue scarf wrapped around his neck. The scene at left for the Kiyomizuro Restaurant shows a cutting board with food on it and a bowl on the floor nearby, and the landscape inset provides a view of the shore at Sakurada-kubomachi.
