Comments - Interesting kabuki double portrait of two men outside a stone wall. The fellow at left stares over his shoulder with a tight-lipped frown, one hand resting atop the hilt of his sword. At lower right, a man has fallen backwards, a concerned expression on his face. The actor at left is Ichikawa Kuzo. Nice expressive figures, detailed with burnishing on the black kimono collars and trim.
