Comments - Handsome image of Mitsuuji, the Country Genji, relaxing on a verandah on a summer day. He wears a cotton kimono patterned with Genji symbols and hollyhock leaves, the fan in his hand decorated with a bird on a blossoming plum branch. In the garden below, ceramic pots hold plants on a tiered display. A view of the harbor can be seen in the distance. An attractive collaborative design, with Toyokuni III doing the figure and Hiroshige II designing the background. Nicely detailed with embossing on the kimono.

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. A few small holes, repaired. Creasing, a few stains. Please see photos for details.
