Nakamura Shikan IV as Nango Rikimaru, 1862 - Handsome portrait of Nakamura Shikan IV as the thief Nango Rikimaru in a scene from the play "Aoto-zoshi Hana no Nishiki-e." He looks over his shoulder with an evil grin as he adjusts a dotted towel draped over his shoulder. He wears a light blue and black checked kimono over a red under robe with a black color. A decorative geometric pattern runs in a band across the top against a background shaded from rose to green. A great design with nice graphic impact.
