Great Swords of Kabuki Collected - Handsome half-length portrait from Toyokuni III's rarely seen series "Great Swords of Kabuki Collected" (Kabuki meito soroi). The large expressive figures are set against striking backgrounds, creating dramatic images that are nicely composed. Only the second time we've seen designs from this series.

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. Backed with paper. Vertical centerfold. Stitching holes at side, repaired. Slight toning, soiling, and creasing. Please see photos for details.
