Shirabyoshi Dancers - Attractive image of three shirabyoshi dancers beneath a pine tree. The beauties wear green vests over red and white kimono and tall court caps. Each has a sword at her side and a fan in hand. Shide, zig-zag paper streamers used in Shinto rituals, can be seen above their backs. Strong wood grain impression creates a striking backdrop for the figures. Includes gold mica on the hats, fans, and shide. The first time we've seen this subject in reprint.
