Chokichi's Older Sister Oseki

Comments - Interesting kabuki portrait of Oseki, the older sister of the sumo wrestler Chokichi. She stands outside a doorway with a frightened expression as she listens to an argument between Chokichi and his rival, the older sumo Chogoro, who has purposely lost a match to Chokichi in hopes of earning a favor from his patron. She clutches a folded up robe to her chest, a towel draped over one shoulder. A nice expressive figure.
