Beauty and Worried Man outside a Doorway, 1865

Comments - Interesting kabuki scene of a beauty and a worried man outside a doorway. The beauty sits in a palanquin, staring up at her companion with a strange grimace, her teeth showing. The older man points at the house, a distraught expression on his face as he clutches a blue cloth in his other hand. Expressive figures in a nicely detailed setting.
