Sailing by Moonlight, 1891 - Attractive scene of a Heian era beauty enjoying a boat ride at Miyajima. She smiles as she looks over her shoulder, a small hand drum tucked between her shoulder and neck. A young attendant holds an elegant umbrella trimmed with ruffles and tassels over her head, another girl kneeling beside her. A handsome design, beautifully colored and detailed with soft shading in the sky and water.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Backed with paper. Horizontal folds. Wrinkling throughout, slight soiling, a few marks. Please see photos for details.
