Welcoming Guests

Series; Etiquette for Women

Welcoming Guests - Charming scene of beauties welcoming guests for a visit. At bottom center, a beauty bows as she offers a tobacco set to her guests. Two women watch at right, smiling happily. One wears a blue kimono bordered with cherry blossoms and maple leaves, while the other's robe features an unusual pattern of herons in flight with flowers in place of bodies. At left, a woman carries a hibachi with glowing red coals. An attractive design with handsome color and detail in the elegant fabrics. The first time we've offered this Chikanobu subject.
