Sekka's A World of Things (Momoyogusa) - Considered Sekka's greatest masterpiece, "A World of Things" (Momoyogusa) was released in three woodblock volumes in 1909. Unsodo published these beautiful prints using the finest quality printing techniques and embellishments such as mica and embossing. Taking his inspiration from nature and traditional Japanese subjects, Sekka created an outstanding series of strikingly modern designs with bold compositions and simplified shapes. These large format designs are from a later edition by the original publisher, Unsodo, printed from blocks carved during the Meiji era A terrific choice for display.
