Comments - Terrific kakemono or vertical diptych of a crane perched on the branch of a pine tree, watching the fledglings in the nest below fluttering their wings. A red sun rises in the distance. A beautiful image and a fantastic design. A rarely seen Hiroshige design.

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. Two attached panels. Horizontal folds. Loss at corner, small losses and tears at edges, slight separation along some creases, repaired. Toning, slight soiling, a few creases, slight paper remnants at edges from previous mounting. Please see photos for details.
