Scene from Na mo Oshima Homare no Tsuyoyumi, 1888 - Interesting kabuki scene from the play "Na mo Oshima Homare no Tsuyoyumi" of a brown-haired man and an archer looking out to sea, the man raising his hand above his head and scowling with rage. Oddly, he has strange bumps on the sides of his head like small horns. At right, the archer holds a bow in one hand and a couple of arrows in the other. Between them, a young boy looks up with a wary expression, gripping his sword with one hand as he throws the other out beside him. A home can be seen at right with a pine tree faming a view of the water and a red sky at upper left. Nice expressive figures.
