Morning Glories

Kyoto Hanga-in - Founded in 1935, Kyoto Hanga-in produced high quality reprints of works by classic ukiyo-e artists like Hiroshige, Hokusai, Harunobu, Utamaro, and Sharaku, along with shin-hanga prints by artists such as Tsuchiya Koitsu, Bakufu Ohno, and Gihachiro Okuyama.

Comments - Lovely shin-hanga image of blossoming morning glories and soft green foliage and vines. The flowers range in color from white and pink to a brilliant deep blue, set off by the pale blue sky and the subtle shades of the leaves. An attractive design that would make a beautiful framed display.
