Comments - Terrific print showing the young Prince Genji at the seashore. He wears a striking black coat patterned with cranes and pine trees, and he carries a fan with a design of peony blossoms. He grins happily as he looks over his shoulder. Several boats are visible on the water beyond, a soft orange glow spreading along the horizon as the sun sets. A handsome Edo era scene from the famous "Tale of Genji."
