Each image features elegant beauties in a scene from daily life, with a poem enclosed in a title cartouche along with different decorative elements. Some images include embossing, a deluxe printing technique. Beautifully drawn with wonderful detail in the settings and kimono fabrics. The Boston Museum of Fine Arts has this series in its collection.
