Garden at Fukagawa Hachiman Shrine, 1843 - 1847 - Lovely landscape of blossoming cherry trees in the garden at Fukagawa Hachiman Shrine. Visitors relax on benches at a tea stall at left, while others stroll about the grounds, climbing the steep hill at right for a view of the lake below. The Boston Museum of Fine Arts has this image in its collection. A charming spring scene.

Image Size - 8 1/2" x 13 3/8" + margins as shown

Condition - This print with good detail as shown. Slight paper remnants on reverse at edges from previous mounting. Small losses at edges, a few small thinning spots along vertical centerfold, repaired. Slight toning, soiling, creasing, and rubbing. Please see photos for details.
