The Brave Fight at Azaka Castle

Series; The New Biography of Toyotomi Hideyoshi (Shinsen Taikoki)

The Brave Fight at Azaka Castle - Terrific image of Kinoshita Toyotomi Hideyoshi on horseback attacking Azaka Castle, a hail of arrows showering down over him. Gripping his sword with one hand, he gallops ahead fearlessly, slicing arrows in two with his weapon as he rides. A samurai on foot approaches beside him, running towards the entrance gate of the fortress. A dynamic design with wonderful detail in the armor and weapons.
