A Collection of Paintings and Calligraphy - This woodblock comes from a harimaze or cutout series by Yoshiharu combining pictures with examples of calligraphy. Harimaze are woodblock prints featuring several images on one page, designed to be cut apart and pasted into albums or mounted to screens. Subjects include figures, landscapes, and poems or verses. It is rare to find uncut harimaze pages. An interesting format with a nice variety of designs in a single print.

Image Size - 14 1/8" x 9 5/8" + margins as shown

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. Horizontal and vertical folds. A few small holes, repaired. Toning, soiling, creasing, a few stains. Please see photos for details.
