Kyoto Local Toy Collection - Charming design from a Tokuriki series depicting traditional local toys from Kyoto and the surrounding area, one for each month of the year. Each print is mounted along the top edge to a white paper backing sheet as originally issued. Published by the Matsuku Printing Company, which Tokuriki founded after WWII to produce his own woodblocks as well as those of other artists. The first time we've come across these colorful designs.
