Comments - Attractive shin-hanga winter scene with two people strolling along the shore as evening falls. Boats are moored at lower left, and warm yellow glow comes from the lamp post, the lantern carried by one of the people, and the windows in the distance. This print by Hiroshige IV is based on a design by Shotei (Takahashi Hiroaki, 1871 - 1945), with the addition of Mt. Fuji in the background and the lamp post. It is signed "Hiroshige."
