Shizuuta of the Tamaya

Comments - Charming Utamaro design of the young beauty Shizuuta of the Tamaya resting her chin on her hand, a dreamy expression on her face. She wears several layers of kimono, the green outer robed trimmed with a purple tie-dyed fabric. Her is swept back into an elegant arrangement, tied with a white sash and ornamented with hairpins. Exquisitely detailed with delicate lines in the hairline and wisps of hair at the back of the neck. A terrific beauty portrait with a lovely silver mica background. Published by Kyoto Hanga-in with publisher's seal in lower left margin.
