Comments - Handsome kabuki portrait of Ichimura Kakitsu as Yaegiri, who is looking for her husband, who is supposed to be hunting the murderer of his father. She smiles as she looks over her shoulder, a hat in hand and a blue cloth bundle tied over her shoulder. Her blue kimono is bordered with darker panels of wiring, and her hair is simply arranged in a large bun with a comb and ribbon. Panels behind her feature maple leaves changing color in autumn. A nice expressive figure, detailed with embossing on the white ribbon.
