Ichikawa Danjuro as a General Shooting a Gun

Comments - Great image of Ichikawa Danjuro as a general shooting a gun, staring ahead with an angry frown as the smoke from the weapon drift up across the night sky. He wears a striking red vest patterned with dragons over a print kimono and armor, his hair pulled into a ponytail tied with a purple cord. A handsome kabuki portrait, detailed with faint embossing on the white kimono collar and the white sash.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Backed with somewhat stiff paper. Horizontal wrinkle. Wormhole, repaired. Wrinkling, a few creases, slight soiling, small spot. Please see photos for details.
