Miyamoto Musashi Bursting out of the Bathhouse, circa 1836 - Dramatic depiction of the famed warrior and martial arts expert Miyamoto Musashi bursting out of a locked bathhouse to which his enemies had set fire, intending to boil him alive. Using a broken wooden beam as a battering ram, he emerges through a tidal wave of boiling water, clouds of steam filling the air. as his enemies tumble to the ground before him. A fantastic image, beautifully detailed.

Image Size - 14 3/4" x 9 3/4" + top margin as shown

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. Large loss at edge, repaired. Slight creasing and soiling, slight rubbing at edges. Please see photos for details.
