Moon Viewing in a Garden

Comments - Lovely Nobukazu triptych showing beauties enjoying an evening of moon viewing in a beautiful garden. A woman stands on the shore at right, smiling happily as the young girl beside her gestures with her fan. A beauty poles a boat across the pond, another girl leaning excitedly over the stern of the craft. Others walk across a narrow arched bridge under an enormous, softly glowing full moon, the rippling water shimmering with reflections. A terrific subject with beautiful detail in the elegant fabrics, a striking garden setting, and fine bokashi shading in the sky and water.
