Original Hiroshige IV (active circa 1920s - 1930s) Japanese Woodblock Print
Evening Storm

Comments - Terrific image of people hurrying across a bridge during an evening rainstorm. The driving rain slants across the scene as people bend into their umbrellas against the wind. A single boat can be seen in the distance, with lights reflecting on the water from the glowing windows of the buildings along the far shore. The first time we've offered this great shin-hanga design.
