The Noda Jewel River in Mutsu Province - Charming chuban format scene of a traveling beauty and her attendant pausing on the banks of the Noda River as a flock of chidori (plovers) takes flight. The ground and pine trees are blanketed with snow, and the peak of Mt. Fuji rises in the distance. We've never before seen this subject and were unable to find a matching copy elsewhere.
