Ichikawa Kuzo III as Tobi-no-mono Danjurokichi, 1856

Comments - Interesting kabuki portrait of Ichikawa Kuzo III as Tobi-no-mono Danjurokichi kneeling on the floor, looking up with a worried expression, his brows slightly furrowed. Beside him, red coals goal in a brazier decorated with a lion's head, with paws for feet. An elegant black lacquer chest of drawers can be seen behind him. A nice expressive figure in a handsomely detailed interior setting.
