Serving a New Year's Meal - A lovely, classic Chikanobu scene of three women in the inner palace. One woman sits regally on a wide cushion, her long hair and kimono flowing behind her. Two others prepare to serve her a meal from a beautiful lacquered tray. An excellent design with embossed detail on all three kimono and silvered mica pigment on the flower vase. A beautiful choice for display.

Image Size - 14 1/4" x 28 3/4" + margins as shown

Condition - With excellent color and detail as shown. Three panels, not attached. Small loss at top left edge of center panel, pinpoint holes in corners, repaired, blends well. Slight creasing and soiling. Please see photos for details. Nice overall.
