Imai Takehisa - Lovely design from a group of views of temples done by Imai Takehisa in the 1980s or 1990s. These handsome scenes capture the beautiful traditional architecture of these sites with soft, subdued color and wonderful attention to detail. Each limited edition woodblock is signed, titled in Japanese, and numbered in pencil in the bottom margin. A nice choice for display or for a collector interested in modern Japanese art.
