Kankai-ji Temple in Beppu, circa 1927 - Beautiful view of the famous Kankai-ji Temple in Beppu during a summer storm. Rain slants across the gray sky, the buildings nestled in the valley below dramatic mountains and low-lying clouds. Lovely bokashi shading in the sky and mountains.
