Comments - Handsome design of the Meiji Empress and her attendants strolling through a garden under a trellis hanging with delicate wisteria blossoms. The Meiji Emperor stands on a verandah at left, pointing across the lake where koi fish bob at the surface. Wonderful detail in the outdoor setting and elegant clothing, including faint embossing on the white kimono trim.
