Comments - Interesting print depicting a sumo wrestling tournament held on the grounds of a temple to raise funds for the temple. At lower right, a worker strikes a large drum carried by two men, with signboards detailing the matches above them. At top right, a man is perched atop a tall bamboo tower. The scenes at left include a match with two wrestlers in the ring and other athletes practicing. A terrific design with wonderful detail.
