Portraits of the Forty-seven Ronin, with a Biographical Sketch of Each Ronin - Terrific design from an intriguing 47 ronin series published in Yokohama in 1886 by Tanaka Umesaburo and sold by the Yokohama booksellers Matsumoto Seinosuke and Z. P. Maruya & Co. These attractive prints feature portraits of each ronin by Yoshitora, accompanied by a biographical sketch in English.
