Heian Era Beauty - Lovely kabuki portrait of a Heian era beauty in an interior. She wears a lovely purple robe patterned with peony blossoms and red maple leaves over a white kimono tucked into full red hakama pants. She smiles as she looks over her shoulder, a folding fan decorated with colorful ribbons peeking from beneath her kimono sleeve. Her long hair flows sleekly over her shoulders, and she has high "moth's wing" eyebrows. Brightly colored curtains hang in the lacquer framed doorway at left, with a scene on the wall at right of flowering cherry trees. An attractive design with fine embossed detail in the white kimono trim.

Image Size - 14 1/8" x 9 3/8" + margins as shown
