Series; Famous Places of Edo Compared with One Hundred Beautiful Women

Tenjin Shrine, 1857 - Charming portrait of a waitress at a tea stand, smiling happily and gesturing with her finger. She carries a black lacquer tray, and has a striped apron tied over her intricately patterned blue kimono. A white towel is tucked into the side of her black obi. The inset at upper left depicts Tenjin Shrine in Edo, with visitors climbing one of the arched wooden bridges over the pond. An attractive design, nicely colored and shaded.

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. Stitching holes at side, repaired. A couple creases at edges, a few tiny spots. Please see photos for details.
