A Fuji Arts Special Offer Auction
Bill's $39 Selection Auctions - Fuji Arts’ low opening auctions are extremely popular and a great place to find a bargain. I’ve personally selected 160 high quality prints and we’re starting them at $39. Any high bid wins! We’ll post all 160 prints over four days. I looked for a good mix, rare and unusual, and in popular categories. Good luck bidding on my September selection!

Minoya Koman Kakemono, 1867 - Attractive kakemono or vertical diptych of the beauty Koman of Minoya. She smiles happily as she looks over her shoulder, drying the side of her face with a towel. She wears a blue and white cotton kimono with a bold leaf pattern over a red under robe, a red striped obi wrapped loosely around her waist. The landscape behind depicts a full moon over the water, with birds in flight above the far shore and a pleasure boat moving across the bay. A charming design, nicely colored and detailed with fine line work in the hair and faint cloth embossing in the background of the landscape. An interesting collaboration between Kunisada II and Kyosai.
Artist - Kunisada II (1823 - 1880) and Kyosai (1831 - 1889)
Image Size - 28 1/4" x 9 3/4" + right margin as shown
