Comments - Great kabuki portrait featuring a group of actors in character, with a list of names across the top. At top center, a warrior with curly hair throws his hand out at his side in alarm, a suit of armor tucked under his other arm. Just below a courtesan looks up with a smile, her black obi decorated with a fierce dragon. A handsome design with expressive figures and nice detail. The first time we've seen this Chikanobu triptych.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Three separate panels. Small losses at edges, a few holes, repaired. Slight toning and soiling, a few creases at edges. Please see photos for details.
