Series; Famous Places in Kyoto, 1936

Arashiyama - Handsome view of Arashiyama in springtime with the famous Togetsukyo Bridge stretching over the Katsura River. An ancient pine tree hanging over the water frames the view, its trunk supported by a wooden pillar. Blossoming cherry trees dot the slope of Mt. Arashi in the distance. An attractive design, mounted to board in the traditional shikishiban format, ready for display. The first time we've offered this Tokuriki subject.

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. Mounted to board. Slight toning. Some prints have a few spots or slight wear at edges. Please see photos for details. Generally in good condition overall.
